IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON 08 NUMBERS
After many months of deliberation Ofcom have finally announced the new regulations regarding certain Non Geographic Number ranges. To help you understand these we have provided an explanatory booklet.

The two main changes are:
0870 numbers
From 1st August 2009 there will no longer be any opportunity to generate revenue from these numbers
Call rates to ring these numbers will fall in line with National Geographic Rates.
It is probable that charges will be introduced to receive calls on these numbers in the future (Termination Charges).

From 1st August 2009, PhonepayPus will regulate all these ranges where charges to call are greater than 5p per minute.
